Kitchen Remodels

A kitchen remodel has four components to it: the design phase, material selection process, budget and time.

We’ll start with a consultation to how your ideas will work with your space and budget, and problem-solve with you to eliminate those things you have always driven you crazy when you work in your kitchen. After the initial consultation, we can then prepare an estimate based on your budget and needs. The detailed estimate will be for a fee that can be credited towards any work that is done.

Bathroom Remodels

We understand the constraints of time and budget, and can do a quick face lift without moving anything. Replacing your cabinets, light fixtures and counter tops can make a huge difference. We also have training in making rooms handicap accessible when it’s time to add grab bars or change the bathtub into a shower.

If you’re ready for a complete remodel of your bathroom, our expert estimator will discuss different options and what fits into your budget. If you want to expand your bathroom, we are often able to take space from rooms or closets. You can visit our showroom and choose your materials, ensuring you get the look you want.

Home Additions

Taylored Restoration can help you design and create the addition of your dreams.

The first step of any addition is to meet with our professionals, share your vision and then let us help you determine if it is feasible.

The planning process for an addition requires permits and architectural drawings, and takes several weeks. The best time to begin planning an addition is in November so that we are ready to break ground as soon as the ground thaws in the spring!

"Taylored Restoration did a great job on our burst pipe. They were a recommended contractor with USAA insurance and did a fantastic job. We had our heat go out in one of our zones during the cold spell and the pipe froze. When we got it unfrozen guess what, the pipe burst in 4 different places. We had a plumber come over and fixed the pipe. They then came over and cleaned up the mess, then restored it to a better than the original condition. They were in contact with us and let us know what was happening and when they would be over to do the work. I would recommend them to anyone that has a problem that they can solve.
