    Trent grew up in the business and has worked in a huge variety of aspects of the company from carpet cleaning and demo, then to supervising and eventually management. Trent is now the sole owner of the company. Trent’s certifications include training from the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Master of Fire & Smoke Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repairs & Installation, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning and Commercial Carpet Maintenance. He is also a Master Textile Cleaner and Certified Mold Remediator. Trent also participated in the rewrite sub-committee nationally for the IICRC S-250 Mold Standards Document. When Trent isn’t busy with Taylored Restoration, he is enjoying life with his wife, Kristin. They have 2 little ones as well as enjoying the company of Trent’s 3 older daughters. The family enjoys fishing, hockey, running and traveling.

  • Estimator’s Assistant

    Jeannie joined the Taylored team in 2015 as a Cleaning Technician, and became part of the office staff just a few months later, currently as an Estimator’s Assistant. With 30 years of experience working with the public, she is well-versed in customer service & satisfaction. Jeannie assists with guiding customers through the Administrative & Billing processes with ease and understanding, and works closely with the Estimators & Project Supervisors to ensure great communication with our Homeowners. Jeannie moved to Alaska from Wisconsin in 2013, and is the youngest of 12 children. She enjoys exploring Alaska, fishing, reading and spending quality time with friends and family.

  • Estimator

    Matt Benson is an estimator who works with homeowners and property managers to facilitate the restoration and remodeling of their homes. Matt started working with Taylored in 2014 as a laborer. From there he progressed to lead carpenter and then his current position as an estimator. After becoming an estimator Matt achieved an IICRC certification in water damage restoration. Matt believes that his versatility and experience in the field lends itself to ensuring a smooth process from initial inspection to completion of work. When Matt is not working he enjoys all that the Alaskan wilderness has to offer including: fishing, hunting, trail riding, and landscape/wildlife photography.
