Elaine and Larry are enjoying life catching exotic fish around the world. They have proudly watched their leadership take roots as the next generation has continued on with Taylored Traditions. We still see them as they check in through email and stop in when they are in town. We were very lucky to have had them pass so much knowledge to all of us who had the pleasure of working with them.
DOUG LIPINSKI, GENERAL MANAGER
Doug has been with Taylored Restoration since 1995. He moved to Alaska from Connecticut in 1990 to attend the University of Alaska Fairbanks. During summers there, and later in Anchorage, he gained experience in all types and phases of construction. Attending college part-time while working as a drywall and painter for Taylored, Doug earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alaska, Anchorage in 1999. Doug is IICRC certified in water damage restoration and has also earned certification in post-disaster damage assessment. He has served as the President of the South Rotary Club and has been a board member and President of the Anchorage Homebuilders Association. His varied experiences and education have given him the tools to lead the company as it moves into multiple locations. He works to keep the “Taylored experience” one that customers love, while balancing the needs of our employees. Doug enjoys life in Alaska- hiking, adventuring and fishing with his wife and two sons. He has been quite active as both a baseball coach as well as a boy scout leader.
TRENT TAYLOR, MANAGER/OWNER
Trent grew up in the business and has worked in a huge variety of aspects of the company from carpet cleaning and demo, then to supervising and eventually management. Trent is now the sole owner of the company. Trent’s certifications include training from the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Master of Fire & Smoke Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repairs & Installation, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning and Commercial Carpet Maintenance. He is also a Master Textile Cleaner and Certified Mold Remediator. Trent also participated in the rewrite sub-committee nationally for the IICRC S-250 Mold Standards Document. When Trent isn’t busy with Taylored Restoration, he is enjoying life with his wife, Kristin. They have 2 little ones as well as enjoying the company of Trent’s 3 older daughters. The family enjoys fishing, hockey, running and traveling.
DOUG STEFFEN, PROJECT MANAGER
Doug joined the Taylored Restoration in 1992 after being in the construction field since 1979. As a former business owner he is currently our senior estimator with an advanced knowledge of structure. This has made Doug an extremely valuable part of our team. He specializes in large losses, both residential and commercial. He has continued to expand upon his knowledge and skills, completing continuing education courses in subrogation, smoke and odor removal, water damage mitigation, mold, and air quality issues. He has also received training from the State of Alaska’s Division of Emergency Services in post-disaster damage evaluation procedures. Doug is a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) as well as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). In addition to being our senior estimator, Doug has been involved with the Anchorage Home Builders Association (AHBA).. He has served on the organization’s Board of Directors.
GORDON SANDERS, PROJECT MANAGER
Gordon joined Taylored Restoration in July 2002 as a lead carpenter for the large projects department and a member of the emergency team. He moved into the role of project manager due to his attention to detail. Gordon left the rolling hills of northern Idaho for Alaska in January 1982. His move from a farming and logging background to the construction field began big. He started with a 365-unit apartment complex. Gordon started his own construction company around 1987, specializing in hardwood flooring and remodeling. Sanders Construction served the state through 2002, when we were lucky to have Gordon become part of the Taylored Team. He is very knowledgeable, professional and always willing to lend a helping hand. When Gordon is not busy at work he is usually involved in a project on his own home, out walking his dog, or enjoying the open road on his Harley.
JENNIFER BOLINDER, PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT
Jennifer moved to North Pole, Alaska, in 1995. She joined the carpenters union a few years after high school as an apprentice, completed 3,000 hours of on-the-job training and 1,000 hours of classroom training, learning every facet of construction and getting certified in OSHA, scaffolding, rigging, welding, blueprint reading and much more. Jennifer worked as a journeyman carpenter for 10 years after finishing the apprenticeship program. She settled in Anchorage in 2009 to start a family. Jennifer has two young daughters who are her “world.” She worked on JBER for several years before going back to school to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management. After several years in school, she decided to go back to work. Jennifer began employment with Taylored Restoration in May of 2018 and she loves the company! Jennifer’s hobbies consist of gardening, building and refinishing furniture, spending time with her family at the cabin, camping, snow-machining and four wheeling.
ANDREA PHOENIX, PROJECT MANAGER
Andrea was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. Growing up she worked with her Dad on many building projects, which gave her a foundation of the construction business. Andrea attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks from 2011 to 2013, earned two Associates Degrees, in Business and Accounting. Her employment began with Taylored in Fairbanks April of 2013 and in December of 2013 she transferred to Anchorage. Andrea has received certification in Xactimate computer system for estimators. She is the mom of two amazing boys, ages 11 and 8. In the balance of work and being a Mom they spend time together visiting family in Fairbanks, taking their 3 dogs for a walk or to the lake, gardening and a quiet evening on the couch watching our favorite TV series and movies.
DAVE HEWITT, PRODUCTION MANAGER
David grew up in a small farm town of Idaho. After working many years in agriculture Dave started in construction in 1994. Throughout the years of learning the many different trades of construction in Utah, Nevada and Montana he worked his way up to Superintendent. Always wanting to live in Alaska, Dave relocated here with his wife and 2 daughters in 2008, starting right away as lead Carpenter with Taylored Restoration. His strong work ethic and follow through has earned him the position of Production Manager. His hobbies are looking for gold, wood working, reading, and camping. Dave loves baking, and spending time with his family.
DEBBIE PETERSEN, ADMINISTRATOR & SOLUTIONS DIRECTOR
Debbie has been a part of Taylored Restoration since 2003. She brought with her over 25 years of office administration experience from clerical through office manager for a global corporation. Debbie enjoys her work and is excited to be a member of the Taylored Restoration Team. When Debbie is not working she enjoys biking, gardening and fishing.
MONICA HENRIQUEZ, SELECTIONS COORDINATOR
Monica, our newest employee as of May 2019, has joined us as Selections Coordinator. She will utilize her administrative & customer service skills to assist our clients in selecting products and materials that will best suit their needs. During Monica’s free time, her hobbies consist of outdoor activities with her dogs and boyfriend, going to the gym, and binge watching movies.

DARRELL PILCHER, CARPET, WATER, CONTENTS & CLEANING MANAGER
Darrell joined Taylored Restoration in 1997, bringing with him a wide variety of expertise in the cleaning field. He came with a tremendous amount of management experience, having supervised more than 20 individuals at a time. Starting out as a technician, Darrell quickly moved into a supervisory position. He now manages the contents & cleaning and carpet cleaning & water loss departments in Anchorage. He also serves as a part of our leadership team. Since joining Taylored Restoration, Darrell has continued to expand upon his skills, receiving extensive training in all aspects of cleaning and restoration. He has earned IICRC certifications in carpet cleaning, upholstery and fabric cleaning, water damage restoration, carpet repairs and reinstallation, fire and smoke, and is a master restoration technician. He also completed Chuck Deward’s Hands-On Structure Drying School, mold remediation technician training, Applied Microbial Remediation Training & Certification. When he is not working, Darrell enjoys spending time with his family, coaching football, and bowling.

Kelly started with Taylored Restoration in 2013 as a Restoration Supervision. Kelly has a long history in Industrial work and extensive knowledge in restoration, commercial and residential cleaning which makes her a perfect fit for the Taylored team.
ROBERT (BOB) ADLER, WINDOW TREATMENT EXPERT
Taylored Restoration welcomed Bob to our team in 2009. As a prior business owner for 22 years in the custom window treatment business, his expertise has allowed Taylored to expand our services. Whether commercial or residential, Bob will be able to assist you in completing your next project with ease. Bob enjoys working with the professional crew at Taylored as well. Many of these employees have become great friends which he enjoys spending time with doing outdoor activities like hunting and fishing in our great state of Alaska. HEIDI DUNLAP, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Heidi joined Taylored Restoration in February of 2018. She has worked in Accounts Receivable, in both the private and financial sectors, for over 20 years. In her free time, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family on the river fishing or at their property out of town.
RHONDA RAE BEAUCHAMP, CONTROLLER
Rhonda Rae joined the Taylored Restoration team as controller in March of 2008. She brought with her over 30 years of accounting experience, mostly in the Anchorage construction industry. She enjoys being a part of a highly respected Alaskan company with a dynamic community presence. Rhonda Rae has lived in Alaska since 1965 when her family came to Anchorage to rebuild after the “Great Alaska Earthquake” of 1964. Although her favorite pastime is doting on her granddaughters, she also enjoys finding bargains at garage sales and antique shops.
AMY COSTELLO, HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR
Amy joined the Taylored Restoration team in July of 2000. Prior to that, she was employed in the automotive industry serving in parts sales and the accounting department. Amy and her husband John have been married since 1996. They are the proud parents of competitive figure skater, and hopeful future Olympian, Haileigh Costello. When she is not at work or at the ice rink, she enjoys fishing, camping and hiking and enjoying the beauty of Alaska.
CHRYSTAL MADDOX, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Chrystal's hometown is Seward where she worked at the Alaska Sea Life Center as an Administrative Assistant before coming to Taylored in 2013. She not only received extensive experience at the Sea Life Center, but loved getting to see all the "behind-the-scene" work. Of all the wonderful animals her favorite animal to watch was the octopus! Chrystal started with Taylored as an Accounting Assistant and is now Taylored's Accounting Technician where she continues to refine her skills and abilities in the construction field. Chrystal married her best friend, Ryan, and together they have 4 beautiful children; Amiya, Lilly, Ethan and Kasey.
SHANA GOFF-HAGMEIER, ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN
Shana started employment with Taylored Restoration in 2016. She has no children but does have fur babies (a Pug and Chihuahua). Shana has worked for the Alaska Zoo, Morrison Auto Group & John Hagmeier Homes. She enjoys binge watching Netflix and hanging out with her dogs. She’s lived in Alaska all her life, but her second home is in Hawaii where she vacations every Christmas with her family.
ANNESSA GABBERT, RECEPTIONIST
Annessa was raised in Southeast Alaska, then moved to Anchorage in 2000. She has been married to her better-half since 2007 and has a “rock star” granddaughter that she dotes on. Annessa’s week-ends are spent enjoying family & friends; otherwise you’ll find her spending her free time on Alexander Creek.

BOB MANWARING, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Bob was hired in July of 2018 as our new Business Development Director. He spent the previous 21 years working in the affiliate side of the real estate industry as CEO of the Alaska Association of REALTORS®, Business Development Officer for Stewart Title of Alaska and Customer Relations Liaison for Alaska Multiple Listing Service Inc. Bob was born in Gary, Indiana but moved to Germany at the age of 14 and was fortunate enough to live and travel in Europe for 7 years. Bob has two grown children, one grandson and one step-grandson. Bob’s passion is aviation. Although he hasn’t flown in many years, he’s still an aviation buff and reads his FLYING magazine from cover to cover every month!
